About Us
Dandathirtha Group of Educational Institutions
Rooted in tradition and committed to progress, Dandathirtha Group of Educational Institutions has been shaping young minds since 1917. What began as a humble lower primary school near Canara Nursery — founded by the visionary Diwan Bahadur Muddanna Shetty — has now evolved into a full-fledged educational ecosystem nurturing students from early learning to pre-university education.
Named after the sacred Dandathirtha Matha, the institution embodies a legacy of discipline, values, and academic excellence. Over the decades, it has steadily grown under the guidance of dedicated leaders — from Smt. Girija Shetty, Shri Govind Shetty, and Dr. K. Prabhakar Shetty, to today’s dynamic leadership of Dr. K. Prashanth Shetty and his family.
